When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We store this to create and maintain your learner account.

Course Progress

We track which modules and labs you complete, your skill level selection, lab reflections you choose to save, and assessment results. This data is used solely to power your progress dashboard and personalized coaching.

Payment Information

Course purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, billing address, or any full payment credentials on our servers. We receive a record of your purchase type and payment status from Stripe.

AI Interaction Inputs

When you use AI-powered features (coaching, follow-up chat), the text you enter is transmitted to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter) for processing. Do not submit sensitive personal information through these interfaces.

Usage Data

We may collect standard server logs including page visits, browser type, and general geographic region for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your learner account
• Track your progress through the course
• Generate personalized AI coaching based on your assessment results

• Generate completion certificates

3. Third-Party Services

Our Services use several third-party services such as Google OAuth, Stripe, OpenRouter, and others. Your conversation inputs and other data may be transmitted to these companies outside of our control. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

4. Cookies and Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your authentication token and session data. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

5. Data Retention

Your account data and course progress are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.

6. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. No Sensitive Personal Information

Do not submit sensitive personal information (including financial data, health information, government identification numbers, or passwords) through any AI chat interface within the Services.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also revoke Google OAuth access through your Google account settings, which will prevent future sign-ins.
